Policies

• No smoking in cabins

• Limit of 4 people in Cabins 1, 2 & 4. 6 people in Cabin 3 unless approved by management

• Cabins to be left in clean condition upon departure

• $50.00 per hour cleaning fee will be charged if cabin is left untidy

Rates

• Cabins 1 and 4:

  • 1 to 2 people: $350.00 per night (minimum 3-night stay)

  • Charge per extra adult: $50 per night

• Cabins 2 & 3:

  • 1 to 2 people: $400.00 per night (minimum 3-night stay)

  • Change per extra adult: $50 per night

• $500. reservation deposit is due at time of booking (refundable if cancellation is within 30 days of booking date)

• Rental payment to be paid on arrival

• $500. booking deposit becomes damage deposit

• Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am
